If production has begun, we may not be able to approve the cancellation.5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM (PST) typically ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within the United States.Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in California.Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.6. Returns & Refunds Regular Items: Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging.Custom & Personalized Items: Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Defective or Wrong Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
