Fast. Orders placed before 2 PM (PST) ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our California facility.
All orders are shipped from our facility in California. No overseas warehouses, no long waits.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can track your shipment on our website by entering your order number.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us at support@klovercase.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible — but you can still request a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).

Custom cases are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please double-check all custom details before submitting.
Within 24 hours of placing your custom order, you can cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, we handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis — if production has already started, we may not be able to approve it.

Returns & Exchanges
Regular (non-customized) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Custom items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. See our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
