Klover Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Klover case. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how.


30-Day Return Window (Regular Items Only)

For non-customized, regular items, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your regular item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items — including cases with custom text, names, photos, or unique designs created at your request — are made just for you. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Canceling a Custom Order

Once a custom order is placed, production begins quickly. Here's how cancellations work:

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: You may cancel your custom order for a full refund. Just email us at support@klovercase.com with your order number.

  • After 24 hours: We evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. If production has already begun, we may not be able to approve the cancellation. We'll respond within 1 business day to let you know the status of your request.

We encourage you to double-check all custom details (spelling, photos, color choices) before submitting your order.

How to Start a Return (Regular Items)

  1. Email us at support@klovercase.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and our US return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item — or if you simply want to swap a regular item for a different color or model — email us at support@klovercase.com. We'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost to you.


Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or the wrong item, we'll make it right — fast. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping. No overseas runaround: all returns are handled at our California workshop.
