Canceling a Custom Order Once a custom order is placed, production begins quickly. Here's how cancellations work: Within 24 hours of placing your order: You may cancel your custom order for a full refund. Just email us at support@klovercase.com with your order number. After 24 hours: We evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. If production has already begun, we may not be able to approve the cancellation. We'll respond within 1 business day to let you know the status of your request. We encourage you to double-check all custom details (spelling, photos, color choices) before submitting your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
